Anne is all over New York City, offering to help people get their finances in order. (You'll note one of her bête noirs advertising their "bill payment" and check-cashing services over her left shoulder.) She does this as part of the RSVP program of the American Red Cross Society, for whom she appears in a touching video you can see at http://www.seniorcorps.gov/about/programs/rsvp.asp.
Anne also volunteers as a lawyer at the NYC chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and chairs the Taxis For All campaign, which seeks to increase the number of wheelchair-accessible cabs. Her magnificent mother, Adele, is 95 and lives near Anne.
